Gabing
Gabing
Named after Gabriel Nelson (the person in the picture above) for his many reacting streaks, Gabing is the act of overreacting to another's posts or replies causing said other's notifications to well, over notify. Being Gabed (as you may have come to realize) is when someone commits the act of Gabing against you. So, in short, Gabing is react spamming, and being Gabed is when someone react spams you. I myself have been Gabed before once with 18 notifications though many have had much higher, (the top number is over 500 messages to Anna Barry) however, you can avoid being Gabed by simply turning on do not disturb or turning off your notifications entirely.
The top number for group Gabing is 761 notifications to Maia Coyle. This was done by Titus Watson, Spencer Stout, and Alexis Tuyo. Her sister, Elena Coyle, played the distraction and also helped! The number for two person Gabing is an astounding 1178 notifs to Janna Powers. This amazing act was done by Anna Barry and Elsa Powers!

The double Gabe glitch
This is a Teams glitch that allows you to react twice to a message. This only happens once and a while, and (we think) cannot be exploited.
EDIT: on April First, 2023, Owen Behrens found a glitch in the mobile version of teams, which allows you to react to a post or reply 2 times, or if you're quick with your fingers (and lucky) 3 times. The glitch is repeatable, and quite easy. However, Owen is not giving away the details of this exploit to just anyone :D
Gabers
The term "gaber" refers to anyone who gabes frequently.
Gabeing/Gabing Debate
As you might have seen, throughout this article, the words Gabing and Gabeing are used interchangeably. Option A or B. This has led to a large debate in the student body of which is the true word to use, I prefer to think it is both or neither, or option C.
*side note from Owen - gabing is the right spelling. Because I said so :D*
Just kidding lol. But just for consistency's sake, I will be using that spelling throughout this wiki.
